3 DAYS KOMODO
THE GIANT LIZARD ADVENTURE

·          Day 1: DENPASAR – BIMA ( SUMBAWA ISLAND ) – KOMODO
Upon Arrival at the airport Bima, our gude will meet and transfer you to Sape harbor about 40 km or one hour drive to the East  and board on a wooden boat (a local boat which have been modified to enable and suitable for carrying tourists. Equipped with radio navigation, electricity and toilet, one big cabin has 6-8 beds , life jacket and mattress) Then boating to Komodo Island for 4 hours passing some islands and sometimes enjoy the attraction of dolphins in front of your boat. Late afternoon arrive  at Komodo island, accomodation and meals on board ( D )

·          Day 2: KOMODO – BIMA
After breakfast walk for 1.5 miles to Banugulung to see the activities of giant Monitor Lizard “Komodo Dragon” which was scientifically described in 1912 as VARANUS KOMODOENSIS, which is up to 3 m long and about 150 kg weight The Total number of these lizards is estimated at 3.500 – 5.000 inhabited in Komodo, Padar, Rinca Island and western Flores. Return to the base and an opportunity to swim or snorkle on clean white sandy beaches. Lunch will be served on boat . Boating back to Sape then drive to Bima. Upon arrival direct check-in to La Mbitu Hotel  ( B, L, D )

·          Day 3  BIMA – DEPARTURE
Breakfast at hotel, then join Bima City Tour include lunch, after City Tour transfer to Bima Airport to catch flight to Denpasar ( B, L )

4 DAYS KOMODO
THE GIANT LIZARD ADVENTURE

·          Day 1  Arrive at Bima
Guest will be directed to hotel. Overnight at La’ Mbitu Hotel, dinner at hotel ( D )

·          Day 2  Bima -  Sape - Komodo
Breakfast at hotel, then drive to Sape harbor, then crossing Sape strait to Komodo Island, lunch, dinner and over night on boat ( B, L, D )

·          Day 3  Komodo – Bima
Breakfast on boat then start walk on foot through tropical forest to Banu Nggulung feeding area to see Komodo, Lunch on boat and on the way back sail to Sape, stop on Red Beach for snorkling, and to Sape Harbor, then drive to Bima check in at La’Mbitu , dinner at hotel  ( B, L, D )

·          Day 4   Bima Departure
Breakfast at hotel, then join Bima City Tour include lunch, after City Tour transfer to Bima Airport to catch flight to Denpasar ( B, L )

4 DAYS KOMODO – RINCA
THE GIANT LIZARD ADVENTURE

Late afternoon arrive  at Komodo island, accomodation and meals on board ( D )

·          Day 2:  KOMODO –  RINCA

Return to the base and board to our boat to to depart to the “Pink” beach for opportunity to swim or snorkle on clean white sandy beach. Then boating to another Dragons Island called Rinca Overnight and meals on board.  ( B, L, D )

·          Day 3  RINCA – SAPE -- BIMA
Breakfast at hotel, then walk through the island to observe the Komodo Dragons in their pure environment and an opportuntiy to observe other wild animal such as deer, horses, bird etc. in their wild life. Lunch will be served on boat and boating back to Sape then drive to Bima  on arrival direct check in to La’ Mbitu Hotel

·          Day 4  BIMA – DEPARTURE
Breakfast at hotel, then join Bima City Tour include lunch, after City Tour transfer to Bima Airport to catch flight to Denpasar ( B, L )

8 DAYS FLORES - KOMODO
THE GIANT LIZARD ADVENTURE

·          Day 1   MAUMERE -  ARRIVAL
On arrival  at Waioti Airport of Maumere direct drive 12 km to eastern Maumere town ( 15 minutes drive ) then check in at FLORES SAO RESORT and having lunch. After lunch, afternoon  tour to tradidtional market ( D )

·          Day 2   MAUMERE – DETUSOKO
Breakfast at hotel. Drive up to Moni and for 4 hours with several stops at Ledalero – a major Catholic Seminary – to visit the museum with its various collection of local royal families old portraits, antique hand woven clothes, stagedeon fossils, etc. Proceed to Moni village to visit Kowanara village famous for its traditional Lionese houses, stone seats and traditional sacred cemetery. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Wolowaru. Continue drive to Sikka village – a center of “Ikat” weaving to see the traditional weaving process and an old church built in the 16th century. Proceed to DETUSOKO for overnight with several stops made according to local happenings. ( B, L, D )

·          Day 3    DETUSOKO - BAJAWA
After an early morning breakfast at 5.30 drive up to Kelimutu volcano to see the three colored lakes. Upon arrival walk for 1.5 km and then ascend 127 steps to top to view Kelimutu’s green, blue and black lakes.  A Dutch geologist discovered Kelimutu in 1914; at the time the lakes were red, blue, and white. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant en route. After lunch, continue drive to Bajawa with several stops made according to local happenings. Proceed to hotel for overninght ( B, L, D )

·          Day 4    BAJAWA - RUTENG
Breakfast at hotel. Drive overland to Ruteng – a cool and small town as the capital city of Manggarai Regency where major Mangarainese tribe dwelt with visit to :

Ø       Traditional village of Bajawa tribes. Visit Bena – a megalithic village where people do preserve their ancestral spirits believed and way of  life which can be seen in their “Ngadhu” and “Bhaga” – conical thatched roof huts symbolized their Male and Female acestral spirits.

Ø       On the way stop on the slope of Inerie active volcano for taking pictures.

Ø       Wogo -  another traditional Bajawanese village through scenic road where you can enjoy beautiful panorama of the valley with sea as the background.

Ø       Boawae – village of Nagekeo tribes to observe their tradition and culture

Ø       Ende – for having lunch at a local restaurant

Ø       On the way to Ruteng, stop will be made to see Arak processing distillation and fresh palm juice topping, then drive to Ramanese Lake. Proceed to hotel in Ruteng for overnight. ( B, L, D )

·         Day 5   RUTENG – LABUAN BAJO
Breakfast at hotel. Start to  explore the distinct tribes in Flores island ( Mangarai, Bajawa, Lio, Sikka etc. ). On the way stops will be made at Lembor and Cancar where you can see the beautiful panorama of rice fields with lush and dry hills. Then continue drive to Labuan Bajo for overnight. Lunch and dinner will be provided at the local restaurant en route. ( B, L, D )

·         Day 6   LABUAN BAJO – KOMODO ISLAND
After breakfast at 6.00 AM cruise to Komodo Island for about 3 hours by a local wooden boat passing several small islands. Upon arrival in Komodo island, walk 1.5 miles to Banugulung to see the activities of giant Monitor Lizard “Komodo Dragon” which was scientifically described in 1912 as VARANUS KOMODOENSIS, which is up to 3 m long and about 150 kg weight The Total number of these lizards is estimated at 3.500 – 5.000 inhabited in Komodo, Padar, Rinca Island and western Flores. Back to the wooden boat for overnight. Lunch will be served on boat . Overnight on board( B, L, D )

·          Day 7   KOMODO ISLAND - BIMA
After breakfast, have an opportunity to swim or snorkle on clean white sandy beaches. Lunch will be served on boat . Boating back to Sape then drive for 40 km to Bima. Upon arrival direct check-in to La Mbitu Hotel  ( B, L, D )

·         Day 8    BIMA - DENPASAR
Breakfast at hotel.  At the appropriate time transfer clients to airport for your onward flight to your next destination. ( B )
